My standard charge for a  single dog portrait is £200.00 (USD $270.00) as follows:

1 dog - £200.00 (USD $270.00)

2 dogs - £230.00 (USD $315.00)

3 dogs - £260.00 (USD $352.00)

4 dogs - £290.00 (USD $395.00)

• 30% deposit required before starting work. Full remaining payment required on completion and prior to shipping. 

• Image size for one dog 9x12inches approximately.

• Painted on 140lb acid-free artists paper.

• Can be painted on canvas or board if required. 

• Mounted/matted ready to frame in acid-free off-white mount (other colours available on request). Mounts are cut by a professional framing company, not by me.

• Mount/matt size for framing 15x18inches approximately

• I don't generally arrange framing, as glass doesn't ship well and adds to your postage and packing costs unnecessarily, unless I am delivering the painting by hand.

• Post and packing is usually around £10 in the UK and USD $30.00 to the USA. Accurate pricing given on agreement. Quotation for postage to other territories on request. Paintings are wrapped in cellophane and shrinkwrapped between polyboard sheets before packing in sturdy cardboard outers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Payment is usually made via my shop at Etsy.com (see link (right)), which accepts all major cards and Paypal.​ Cash accepted when delivered in person.

• Discounts for extra paintings (should you require two or more dogs but on separate paintings) are as follows:

              Two separate paintings: 10% discount 

              Three separate paintings: 15% discount 

              Four separate paintings: 20% discount 

              Five or more separate paintings 25% discount.

Larger paintings

Larger paintings can be arranged on request and prices commensurate with the size of the painting.

Timing

It's sometimes easy to paint your picture NOW, and it can be ready in a week. However, as I am often working on more than one painting at a time sometimes it can take two to three weeks to finish. I'll always discuss with you at the start, and if you're wanting the painting for a specific date I'll always prioritise work to ensure you get it when you want it!

Updates

I'll always send you photographs of the work in progress throughout the painting so you have the chance to tell me it doesn't quite look like your pooch. To be honest, fingers crossed, that's never happened yet!

Deposits

I ask for a 30% deposit in advance for all paintings, which is obviously subtracted from the final payment which is made on agreement that the work is finished, and prior to shipping.

Prints:

I sometimes like to reproduce my paintings as prints and reserve the copyright on all the paintings I do. I usually issue the print as a reversed image of the painting. If you do NOT wish your painting to be reproduced in this way PLEASE TELL ME otherwise I assume that you're happy for me to do so. You can buy prints to share with friends and family if you wish, at a 20% discount off the published price.
